Keep the rats small and punish your opponents for having big creatures. Use Meekstone to neutralize big creatures and Dictate of Erebos to kill off opponent creatures. Font of Mythos will help keep rats to cast in your hand.

I could use advise to make it more effective and keep it inexpensive (I don't have all these cards so keeping it cheep will help make it a reality).
