I am looking to make a theme based deck. If it can compete somewhat at FNM, that would be awesome!

The only cards I will not compromise on are the rat related ones, Drainpipe Vermin, Gutter Skulk, Pack Rat and Ogre Slumlord, as well as Immortal Servitude and Thoughtseize. The rest of the cards are able to be replaced/substituted. Any suggestions will be considered.

I would like this to be a mono black deck, if that is possible. Having said that, I would be equally happy to shift this more towards an Orzhov deck if staying mono black really limits this deck's ability to survive, and I need to create more of a balance.

Keep in mind the theme, vermin, disease etc.
