Green and blue deck that wants to play ramp and then play big spells. Probably not very good but who cares? Points as of now are calculated via the metric: Uncommon = 1pt, Rare = 2pt, Mythic = 6pt. The budget is 30 points for non-lands, 12 for lands. The deck runs 5 non-land rares, 20 uncommons, and 6 land rares due to the format restrictions.
