This is my tribal rat budget deck that looks to take advantage of the interaction of the rat based discard/ hand disruption ETBs and Eldrazi Displacer.

The deck controls with hand disruption, produces large rats with Pack Rat, potentially locks the opponent by flickering Chittering Rats .

Cards not in the deck:- flicker wisp - excluded as this a black deck with white splash.- Typhoid Rats - excluded to make room for targeted hand disruption though could see play depending on how the deck plays. Great synergy with Swarmyard .

Synergy of rats and insects:- There is significant synergy with Swarmyard , all the rats, Brain Maggot, and Mutavault s, allowing me to chump block until I can setup my rack like effects.- Of course, there is the Pack Rat synergy, letting me clear useless cards while amassing an army of rats.

Future of this deck:I would like to fine tune and tweak the deck but unless it shines in some unexpected way I think that this will be the upgrade path to eldazri & taxes or another BW tier 2 or 1.5 deck.
