This is a Relentless Rats EDH deck that can win along one of several lines of play. Perhaps the strongest is Sphinx of the Chimes. Resolve a Sphinx of the Chimes and you should win on your next turn. That combo consists of drawing your deck, pitching all of your rats, playing Crypt of Agadeem, and using the mana to generate a lethal Exsanguinate or Mind Grind, or using Immortal Servitude to reanimate all your rats at instant speed. Other than that an early Aluren or Thrumming Stone will let you aggro out your opponents with giant Rats. Bloodbond March ,Gravepurge, or Footbottom Feast will let you get back into the game should anything important happen you your rats or sphinx. And then Diabolic Tutor, Fierce Empath, and Necrotic Ooze are redundant copies of the sphinx.
