As I said, ‘Rats’ is on its way. Thrumming Stone allows you to cast a large amount of Relentless Rats all at once, which you should always have in hand. Marrow-Gnawer with Thornbite Staff creates infinite tokens, which can be replaced by Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns and Phyrexian Altar with some starting capital. Door of Destinies and Coat of Arms further empower your rats, allowing you to use Altar of Dementia to mill out your opponents to defeat them without having to wait. Syr Konrad, the Grim kills all opponents off of the infinite death triggers from Marrow Ganwer combos, or from milling someone out. Finally, Piper of the Swarm should always have enough fuel to permanently steal people’s combo pieces or commanders, so that’s nice.
