Use Thrumming Stone to ripple all the Rat Colonies onto the battlefield.

Use Sorin's -3 loyalty ability as soon as you cast him.

Remember to use Marrow-Gnawer to clone all your rats at the end of your opponent's turn (if you have multiple opponents, do this at the end of the turn of the one who goes before you).

Whenever you attack, after blockers are declared, before damage is declared, use Marrow-Gnawer to clone your rats (which will increase the rat colonies power even mid-combat).

If you have 5 or more Rat Colonies in your opening hand, take a mulligan.
