Rat colony deck. unmoored ego lets us stop chain whirlers and settle the wreckages which is very nice and gives us a chance to swing in with rats.

Debating between dimir and esper rats but pretty sure not mono black.

Dimir: Unmoored Ego stops alot of the plays that beat us especially if we are on the play blue mana is a lot easier to get allowing us to reliably cast Rat Colony, card draw ( like Chart a Course might add a Opt or two), and counterspells to protect our board from Settle the Wreckage and card:Chainwhirler ( and Ritual of Soot)

Esper: all of what dimir gets mana base isn't the worse but will get better with orhoz in next set Radiant Destiny for p/t boost ( also protects from whirlers), enchantment based removal (Ixalan's Binding, Conclave Tribunal, card:Cast Away) also gets Settle the Wreckage in side
