Where's the pied piper when you need him? This deck is a Vermin infested mono-black!?! Rats, rats and more rats! (my version of a weenie black, if that's possible) And they won't stay dead, they just keep coming back, miserable undead little buggers!

Since I am new to MTG, my collection of cards older than RtR block is quite limited. Because of this I am ready to invest, but to a point, I don't want to break the bank. All these cards were purchased. I have most rats that are available in the Modern block. If I don't, it's because they were too pricey.

I believe this can be a competitive deck...with your help. I am prepared to purchase, but want to keep this as budget as possible.
