This is a minor twist on the standard Crabvine deck. Runs Raven's Crime and Life from the Loam so you have options if you run out of enablers: Dredge for Life, which lets you mill three, then force them to discard their cards up to 3 times by retracing raven's crime. Other than that, same idea. Dream game looks like this:
turn 1: Island, Crab
turn 2:
- Crab
- Fetchland: mill 6. Crack it: Mill 6 more.
- The 4 Creeping chills that you flipped proc for 12 damage on them, 12 HP for you.
- Cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard.
- Bring out the 4 vengevines that you flipped and swing for 16 damage. They are at -28.
You don't even need the 4 Prized Amalgams that are now tapped on the battlefield, but if you gave them 40 HP just to be fair:
turn 3:
- Swing for 28 (4x Vengevine, 4x Amalgam)

OK now imagine that isn't what happened. If you run out of plays, you've got repeatable noncreature removal with Loam + Boseiju (as long as you didn't actually play it, but the games that you should hold it should be very clear), and hand control with Loam + retraced Raven's Crime.
