I'm looking for some help in a deck I use online for friendlies (meaning not worried about price). This deck is a demon tribal deck (which I'd like to keep in the heart of it) and primary win cons are: Torment of Hailfire, demons swinging out, or Rise of the Dark Realms combined with Dark Merchant of Asphodel for some surprise burst (in the edhrec build of this I originally tried, it was an elbrus, the blinding blade but that card wound up woefully under performing so I changed it). I like having Razaketh as the general, but here are the main issues it's facing atm:

Almost no early game interaction Middling demons in current build, unsure what to replace Feels like it's a bit too top heavy right now Not really many good sacrifice fodder for Razaketh

Also open to any ideas on how to make the deck more well rounded; I'm trying to avoid infinite combos and debating whether to include more utility lands like Bijouka Bog,
