I would have thought Cruel Ultimatum would be in here.

Cruel Ultimatum is underwhelming in EDH since it only hits one opponent one time. Damn good card though.

I'd think Master of the Feast is a good fit with Nekusar. I wonder if Paradox Haze would help anything else aside from the Master in this deck?

@bominous why i appreciate your comment informing me that i have a very forgiving meta game, i will kindly ask you to fuck off. As i simply play this game to have fun, in no way, shape, or form do i have the extensive knowledge in which to know of any and every possible best card combo there is. so please do kindly fuck off unless you have something constructive to add, like what lands you would add/subtract.
as to the rest of you. sorry for the long stint away, i was deployed and have had a rough time getting back into the swings of things at home. i'm back after my 5 month hiatus.

I love Duskmantle Seer for this deck. It acts as a Dark Confidant for you, and also ends up massively damaging your opponents (also, a 4/4 flier is nothing to laugh at).

Have you thought about Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded

I LOVE Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded, (see The Trouble with Tibalt), but having to discard at random twice before doing anything relevant is kinda bad, and he just dies in EDH before he can do damage. It's sad, but that is how it goes some times.

Dack Fayden is honestly just fantastic. His modes are "cycle your cards to find what you need OR deal two damage to target player without giving them card advantage", "steal a manna rock or combo piece" and "you get to steal peoples commanders, LOL!!"
That being said, in pretty much every multiplayer game ever hes gonna get hated of the board faster than you can cast him, or put a giant target on your head (but lets be honest, your playing nekusar, you probably already have a target on your head) and he adds very little protection which is what a nekusar deck wants most.

Also just realized that the necro-bump is strong with this one.
You no longer need to put your commander to the main deck (tapped out counts him even when hes only in the commander slot) which is why you have 101 cards in this deck.
And also you have Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and not Curiosity. What??

The way I look at Dack is, if they're attacking him they're not attacking me. Even if it's only a one turn Fog, if I got some value out of him I'm happy.

Was missing a card from my Nekusar's Bear Hug... Saw Breathstealer's Crypt and knew that would be the card... Thanks.
Only suggestions; Sphinx's Tutelage it gives you and alternate win con, because let me tell you, with Jace's Archivist every turn causing 7-12 triggers every turn, someone's losing a library. Fevered Visions it's just so good, you think it isn't and then you use it and everyone on the table focuses the Visions instead of nekusar man... it's gorgeous.

@oakenshild i personally choose not to run Curiosity because i am not a fan of finishing a game in that manner. I personally play the deck in a non-competitive capacity.

@AwezomePozzum you are correct Mindcrank is a very good card and absolutely would combo out with Bloodchief Ascension i personally do not put infinite combos into my desks as they are frowned in the local shops i play in.

@Milesfuzz looks like a good card. what would u suggest it replace?
December 11, 2017 12:13 p.m.
Sire Of Insanity and Myojin of Night's Reach seem counter intuitive with all of the hand size matters cards you have.

@Milesfuzz I appreciate the suggestion. I replaced Myojin of Night's Reach with Raiders' Wake

You should have Expedition Map in here. + Academy Ruins Is very nice.
I feel like a few cards are under powered for your deck.
Elder Mastery powerful effect, but very slow and very fragile. Helm of the Ghastlord should be more than enough.
Raiders' Wake again good, and I know you just added it too, but it's a bit expensive and you have two other cards that do this at a cheaper price.
Viseling and Jushi Apprentice both seem a bit slow/under powered and I have a feeling that Myojin of Seeing Winds spends half the game as a dead card in your hand (10 mana is a lot unless you're green).
As unexciting as it is I think you should take all these really cool interesting cards out for some boring generic removal/counter magic. Counterspell, Dissipate, SwanSong, Spell Crumple, Rewind all great counter magic. Capsize, Blasphemous Act, Crux of Fate and AEtherize are decent board clears.
Doing some changes along these lines will help remove some redundancy and add a bit more utility/survivability.

If you're going to use an infect enchantment, it's better to use Glistening Oil , imo.
