@tlk_lone_knight My intention was not to irritate, only clarify. I try to educate people about Magic whenever I can, because I found the help of others very intuitive to my own growth as a player.
As for actual deck advice, I'd advice removing Elder Mastery . You only have 16 creatures, and very few of them want to be attacking. I have this same deck, build in a similar manner. I very rarely attack my opponents to win the game. A deck like this doesn't want to be about creatures. It wants to control the board until Nekusar, the Mindrazer just wins the game for you.

@Jarrheadd0 the only reason that Elder Mastery is really nice is it says damage not combat damage, there for allowing u to enchant Nekusar, the Mindrazer to force them to discard 2 for ever card they draw

I'm not a fan of Wild Evocation , I think it would help your opponents to much. if you are running both Elder Mastery and Helm of the Ghastlord then you should also run Deathbringer Thoctar . It would be hilarious if you also put in some death touch or life link in the form of Basilisk Collar or Vampiric Link .
I think you should also put in some tutors. Now I know how hard it is to take out cards, but the nice thing about tutors is that the're not a new card being added to your deck, you actually adding another copy of a card you already like. so if you think about it that way just find one card you really like and another that you could say "naw, i would rather have TWO of these".

Since you're giving your opponents so many cards I'd consider running Sire Of Insanity and since you're drawing so many yourself I would definitely run Spellbook

@BIGBADBRRRAP i had Otherworld Atlas but it just runs too slow for me in my play group, i spend 2 or 3 turns powering it up and then someone blows it up

Your Prince of Thralls + Breathstealer's Crypt combo doesn't work. In order for you to steal something with Prince of Thralls the permanent needs to be put in the graveyard from the battlefield.
110.1. A permanent is a card or token on the battlefield. A permanent remains on the battlefield indefinitely. A card or token becomes a permanent as it enters the battlefield and it stops being a permanent as it's moved to another zone by an effect or rule.

@Raybeeze i know that you are not able to use them as a if they choice to not pay the 3 for Breathstealer's Crypt will not cause me to gain them but if they pay the 3 life to keep the creature then they would have to pay me additional 3 life so that i cant have it after its killed

Raybeeze I use cards like Diabolic Tutor & Increasing Ambition to increase my odds to fetch an Otherworld Atlas early and put some stacks on it early before placing the damage on draw effects. It will still usually get blown up fast. But one remove artifact in the graveyard is one less you have to deal with. Making things like Price of Knowledge last longer generally.
Also Archmage Ascension can be an absolute monster in this deck. Despite how long it takes to stack.

@Lhurgyof why would u change out Elder Mastery for Ophidian Eye elder master effects them when they draw, yes it doesnt give me a draw like Ophidian Eye would but me drawing doesnt damage them normally

Well, Ophidian Eye gains you a ton of card advantage, which is ALWAYS a good thing when playing Magic: The Gathering.

I also agree that Ophidian Eye would make a great addition to your deck but I think Elder Mastery is the wrong card to take out. Instead I would look at taking out either, Sturmgeist , Whirlpool Warrior , Phyrexian Reclamation or Viseling (ordered by best to take out, to best to keep). Viseling might be a nice one to keep in as it is extera damage, but I find it a bit underwhelming and Phyrexian Reclamation could also be nice depending on how much removal your play group runs, but again, I find it to be a bit under whelming.
Plus Ophidian Eye goes infinite with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind

oakenshild Jarrheadd0 i would have to agree that card advantage is always a good thing, my group seams to like alot of counters, board wipes and spot removal, i find that Phyrexian Reclamation is just something i can not lose, now as for Sturmgeist he is very possibly lack luster as he will more than likely be nothing more than a 7/7 as to all the wheel effects, therefor i believe i will defently be makeing a change idk if i want Ophidian Eye as i do not like to play infinite's.

I mean, what's not to like about the infinite loop created with Ophidian Eye and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind ? Ophidian Eye is a may ability, so you can stop it at any time.

Your deck has been inspiring me since you built it. I'll post my list soon as it is my main commander deck. I could use some advice :) I love your list overall though

i agree that it is a may ability Jarrheadd0 i just personally frown on them as it makes people less likely to wanna play again, i have one deck that has infinites in it and i win regularly on turn 8, it just becomes no fun for me and others. the main reason i enjoy edh is the verity that the deck can produce. i dont want the same answers to everything. im not completely sold as to what i will be takeing Sturmgeist out for yet.
The-Hanjranator im glad to have inspired you that is a great accomplishment, if i see ur listing i will defently comment.

actually i think i will be putting it back in over Mindcrank
