Lets say you're in a 4-person game and have Hive Mind on the field. You cast Winds of Change . Your opponents each copy that spell in turn order, with the topmost (and, therefore, first to resolve) copy belonging to the person on your right. The group would go through 4 resolutions of Winds of Change .
I considered Possibility Storm in my own build, but decided against it. You will likely cast a wheel effect only to storm into another wheel effect, or one artifact into a similar artifact. It's best used to try cheating expensive spells/creatures by casting cheaper ones.
I keep bugging you about this, but have you tested Geth's Grimoire
yet? It's probably the card I am most happy to see when I draw it, and it's been a very unexpected part of my game wins.
To give an example from last week: I had Grimoire and Psychosis Crawler on the field, cast Wheel and Deal , drew 15 cards (14 from discards + 1 draw) and drain 15 life, cast Windfall , drew 29 cards to drain my opponents for lethal. One of my opponents actually said, "Why is that card so good? It should not be that good."

i have not yet tested it my friend, i agree it is a great card however idk if i have enough discard effects to deam that as useful as it should be
January 8, 2014 2:15 p.m.
It doesn't trigger on just your discard effects. With Forced Fruition , they may have to discard down to their maximum hand size, which lets you draw that many cards. If a green player is using Greater Good , Survival of the Fittest , or Fauna Shaman , you get to draw when they discard.
Helm of the Ghastlord
on Nekusar? You get to draw 2 for every card they draw.
Anvil of Bogardan out? You get to draw a card when they discard.
I can understand your reluctance, though, because it doesn't seem that good at first glance. However, the first time you draw 28+ cards from a single Wheel of Fortune , you'll be hooked on the amount of card advantage it can generate.
Something else to consider is Torpor Orb . It's stupid how many decks come to a screeching halt when you drop it Turn 2, but it does almost nothing against you because you only have one creature with an ETB effect.

and what would u remove for the Torpor Orb and Geth's Grimoire ?

I'd say some combination of:
Gem of Becoming
- you'll be wheeling enough to make your land drops.
Propaganda
and/or Crawlspace
- meta call, depends on if your meta is full of swarm-type strategies or single beaters.
Whip of Erebos and/or Phyrexian Reclamation - only 14 creatures doesn't seem like enough to warrant creature recursion. If you like the lifegain from Whip, I've been happy with Basilisk Collar .

i went ahead and took out Crawlspace and the Phyrexian Reclamation

@meecht the best part of Gem of Becoming isnt because of the wheel effecks that you are missing your land drops but it lets u mana fix for later plays in your hand, because it doesnt specify basic lands you are able to go lands such as Blood Crypt , Watery Grave and Steam Vents

plus Volrath's Stronghold is way better than Phyrexian Reclamation no life required XD
January 8, 2014 4:08 p.m.
My point on Gem of Becoming was that you'll wheel enough to become mana fixed, anyway.
I don't use it in my build and I rarely have mana issues, but I also use the filter lands from Shadowmoor (Cascade Bluffs , Sunken Ruins , Graven Cairns ).

i thought about useing those however in my eyes just gives me one more slot to put something else in, maybe Mirari
January 8, 2014 4:37 p.m.
Lets you flash in creatures, enchantments, and artifacts, as well as cast wheels at instant speed.
If you don't like it, though, how about Memory Jar ?

i personally think that Mirari would be better because it alows me to pay 3 colorless more for a double wheel effect
January 8, 2014 5:02 p.m.
You only have 11 effects worth copying, but I guess it's worth testing.

Again, Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar is pretty amazing in Nekusar decks.

Wanted to share how I won a game last night:
I was at 3 life with Nekusar and Dragon Mage on the field. I cast Megrim and Memory Jar . Swing with Dragon Mage, opponents take 2 damage for each discarded card (0 for one opponent and 12 for the other) and 7 for drawing (7 and 18 damage now). Activate Memory Jar, opponents take 7 for drawing (14 and 25 damage), then end my turn. Everyone discards their hands, and each opponent takes 14 more damage. I did 7 + 7 + 14 = 28 damage to each opponent, plus an additional 12 to another, in a single turn. That's not counting the damage from Dragon Mage.

as i have pulled the deck apart and looked, there are honestly very little damage on draw effects. any ideas
January 13, 2014 2:59 p.m.
Spiteful Visions is basically Nekusar on an enchantment, but you'll have to watch your own damage, too.
There aren't a lot of on-draw pain effects which is why I have some beefy creatures to beat face with, and a few infinite combos to fall back on.

tlk_lone_knight says... #24
yeah im not running Spiteful Visions because of the fact that i have to watch my damage lol, imma be getting hit hard anyway.
id like to find a place for Basilisk Collar and Laboratory Maniac or Sire Of Insanity
