So went 2-2 at FNM losing to my girlfriends zombies and mardu vehicles guess since stuffs leaving both decks it was cool they went out with a bang. She took 2nd place and I couldn't have been any prouder. 3-1 in prerelease with rg dinos and explore deck. The green avatar dino is amazing gained about 200 life through out the night. She went 1-3 but won a Korean hour of devastation booster box as a door prize she's my good luck charm. Pulled two locusts God's and scarab. Great night didn't get home till 6 am after being up at 4am the day before lol.

I guess Sweltering Suns will be good sideboard card for this deck

It might depending on if pirates and merfolks start popping up.

How did Bomat Courier go for you? I have played it in a deck and have realised that it actually works against me, especially in an aggro deck. When the cards in my hand are what I want and don't get played quickly, I'm then exiling cards because of bomat and end up having no need to pick up the other cards before bomat dies.... It could just be user error though

He's removal bait and with two out you can stack it so you get both sets of exiled cards. Not been disappointed also had one get in for 8 damage in a match.

No fun this week they ran one last prerelease. Scored promo carnage tyrant, second carnage tyrant, and a jace in my box. Sadly went 3-1 lost to a nut deck of merfolk.

Good to see your still setting the world on fire ! What r your plans for carnage tyrant? It looks to me Dino's r going to be hard to overcome, also I splashed black in not your red deck it's called gonti's lord of burn check it out and let me know what u think.

Do like the deck a lot was looking at it the other day. As for carnage burn thier ramp soul scar needs ripjaw and kill them faster than they can kill me.

What are your thoughts on Glorybringer? It's an excellent aggressive top end and I understand a lot of other RDW decks run it. It's tough to play into and can shoot down nearly any half-decent creature in the format. I think having 4 By Force in your sideboard is a bit excessive, but other than that your deck looks really good and a nightmare to play against.

Recently removed glorybringer from sb was losing to slot of vehiclecentric decks mardu and 1 Temur might put them back in after this FNM depends on how well by force works out for me.

Let me know how rigging runner performs, thinking of adding it to my deck. Been hearing talk that burn needs to get faster with temur energy getting so much better with ixalan

How's Harsh Mentor been working out for you? Thinking about adding a couple to my deck.

My gf ran it for a Saturday showdown and ran into a Tezzarator Deck she made the guy drop after she beat him on the back of harsh mentor.

I agree it affects vehicles, scarab god, energy, so many interactions. Don't make it your first threat tho trick them into burning their removal elsewhere.

The funny thing about my deck is how painful Firebrand Archer can get! Especially if there are two on the battlefield they can easily throw out 6+ damage a turn and that's not counting the burn spells I'm casting to trigger their abilities. They get hit with removal a lot!!!

So after several weeks of ixalan prerelease and draft finally got to play standard again. Went 4-0 against GW Dinos, Vamps, Approach, and GB energy.

Nice job all those decks r really performing well, have my standard showdown today hopefully I'll have the same luck
