Good looking build that makes me want to play Lannery Storm in my mainboard now :-)

My only suggestion would be to possibly run 2 magma spray and 2 abrade mainboard, then the others sideboard. That way you still have a comparable amount of permanent-only damage spells with slightly more flexibility against vehicles, GPG, or other aggro.

Um, I can't really suggest anything to you for this deck. A) Red is the color I am least familiar with, and B) Your deck seems to be REALLY good and fine tuned.

Weird night went 3-1 no one went undefeated. Round 1 bye, 1-2 ub pirates, 2-1 rb aggro, 2-0 mono black aggro.

Nice deck! I don't think there really is anything to say. One question: how does Rigging Runner work in the deck?

Allows aggressive draws and the high number of 1 drops helps empty my hand for hazoret turn 4.

Lol I've beaten,abazan and before rotation a WB good stuffs with the meld angels and kalitas through authority of the consuls. Be surprised how fast RDW is.

Had 4x rampaging ferocidon in sb before my meta with the exception of one guy no one's running abazan tokens or WB life gain. So only concern now days is ub scarab god and hostage taker control or the lone uw approach deck. Tbh I've been dominating my local game store final had a match loss and still took first do to tie breakers.

my list has 4 gifted aetherborn 4 aerial responder 3 sanguine sacrament 4 glory bound initiate 3 bone picker 3 gust walker 4 glint sleeve siphoner 3 battle at the bridge 3 gonti machinations 3 kambal and 4 sheltering light main board if you can beat that then my hats off to ya

Meh if you can hit ww bb mana before I kill you I'd be impressed. Like I said I've played against better life gain decks.

what is a better life gain deck than that in standard ? and i don't need the aerial responders to win it has a ton of life gain without them

Sand Strangler?

Have thought about sand stranger it's decent but I worry about the two for one hostage taker play on it and over crowding my 4cc spot in my deck. I play very low to the ground and now I have 2 1cc pirates to consider. I will be adding 4 silent gravestones when they are legal that card is crazy good.

So I've been waiting for someone else to post on the Standard deck help so I didn't have to comment on your deck. I usually don't run aggro and you were the one that helped me with my aggro deck so I feel inadequate to be helping you.

When I played my deck I played Captain Lannery Storm, which a lot of people didn't expect, I also played Kari Zev's Expertise, which did help me win one game! I took their Verdurous Gearhulk on one turn and Lightning Strike'd them and then took it again the next turn. I also played Cut since I had Captain Lannery Storm to splash any color. I just didn't have all of cards to play a true mono red so I had to make due.

My friend on the other hand played 4 Lathnu Hellion's and 4 Heart-Piercer Manticore's. Which was a really interesting combo. It allowed him to hit for 12 over 2 turn. The combo itself won him two games and one was against a true Ramunap red.

interesting deck, let's thing about mirror, if your opponent play a kari zev you stop literally playing, same as sideboard for pia nalaar, but your deck plan is turn 4 attacking hazoret, but its a risk to play only hoping to to play him in turn 4 (like the cancer marvel deck), against temur I think you cry a lot, with this version if your opponent does a cub,virtuoso,hydra you will lose the game easyli, why? because you don't play abrade, abrade helps against an early cub (t1 attune t2 cub) helps against virtuoso for obvius reason and hydra is the deadend, against gift in your case is a lucky MU, you just hope your opponent don't play a perfect start, you don't play abrade and ferocidon't so isn't an easy threat but you are more aggressive and it can help you a lot.I'm really sorry for my grammar and hope you will appreciate my comment

my record vs Temur is 14-2 and one loss was simply because I didn't sb after getting flooded game 1.

Honestly tho creature based decks run to slow against my deck most of my losses are to decks I built for my gf cats, mono black aggro, and uw god pharaohs gift. longtusk cub dies to anyone of my removal cards. my game plan is turn 4 attack with glorybringer. kari dev is a great card but I kill her off with soul-scar mage and a shock. my decks designed to after turn 2 drop a creature and play a removal till my hands empty every turn. cards that beat me are scarab god, hostage taker and god pharaohs gift.

Rough night went 1-3 lost to rb aggro, Boros tokens aggro , and abazan tokens. Will adjust sb accordingly. Night ended on high note tho was able to trade for my second chandra :).
