The idea is (assuming a perfect starting hand and beginning on the draw):

Turn 1- Mountain, Ritual, Ritual, Ball Lightning, Fling

Turn 2- Second Mountain, Ritual, Ball Lightning, Lightning Bolt

You win!

Assuming that the perfect scenario does not occur, which, surprisingly, it almost never will, this deck is still pretty fast with lots of unearth creatures to make fling fancier, reverberate to capitalize on your burn spells and to turn opponents' counters against them, and a sideboard that deals with tokens, manlands, artifacts, lifegain/protection decks, and U/W control.
