I drew a Worldspine Wurm from my 2nd booster pack on the 1st day I got into Magic. That means since Day 1 I've been trying to build a deck that harnesses its immense friendship-ruining power. This is what it has become. There are four Wurldspine Worm now.

Mwonvuli Beast Tracker gets them into your hand and Elvish Piper summons them out.

Mwonvuli Beast Tracker also leads into Mosswort Bridge perfectly. Failing that, Dramatic Entrance

Elvish Piper will freak everyone out and get targeted quickly, so Noxious Revival is mainly used for bringing them back. It's also good for, you know, what ever other card you want back.

Voracious Wurm is a useful chump blocker even if he's played as a 2/2...but it's way more fun to Predator's Rapport a Worldspine Wurm for a 32/32 Wurm and +30 life. Then do it again for a 64/64. One Quick Trick! Magic Player's Hate Him!

And the fun doesn't stop there! Get Death's Presence out, Lure your Really Big Wurm(s), and start hitting people. The Wurms just keep getting bigger.
