Dump at least one creature into your graveyard every turn (yes, even your opponent's turns) to trigger Sefris of the Hidden Ways and Venture into the Dungeon. Dump creatures through mill, cycling, sacrifice, and/or discard. After completing a dungeon return your biggest creature (or the one that offers the most utility for the moment at hand) to the battefield. On top of all of this be sure to copy Sefris to get more than one Venture into the Dungeon trigger on a turn and even return more than one creature when you complete a dungeon.

There is only one infinite combo in the deck, and that is the Karmic Guide and Reveillark. This combo works with any infinite sacrifice outlet in the deck (ex: Carrion Feeder and Viscera Seer), any creature in the deck with power 2 or less can be included in the combo.
This means exile every creature or artifact with Hostage Taker, or gain control of every permanent with Agent of Treachery, or kill the players with Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
If you are wondering, yes, the combo does work with Sefris of the Hidden Ways (but be careful because you must allow her to enter your graveyard without sending her to the command zone). Every time Sefris reenters the battefield, from Reveillark's trigger, according to the rules her card is considered a new entity that has not triggered yet this turn, allowing you to Venture into the Dungeon infinitely.
Be careful though, you can kill the table with the Dungeon: Lost Mine of Phandelver but you can accidentally draw out your whole library too so be mindful. It is also possible to stagger the card draw with the Dungeon: Tomb of Annihilation which asks you to discard instead of drawing.
