This deck is a Rebel themed commander deck.

This deck functions based upon the ability to reshuffle rebels from the graveyard back into the library and then to tutor them back out. The deck utilizes wrath effects which shuffle creatures into the library or kill all but one target in order to allow for a quick recovery for the deck. It further utilizes the rebel tutor effect to pull out the correct response for the situation.
