This is the first iteration of the deck. Ramp up and start casting Niv-Mizzet Reborn. I like the blink and clone theme of the Commander's Quarters build which I kept because hitting Niv-Mizzet Reborn triggers is a major reason for playing the deck.

Besides a few artifacts, the entire deck is gold cards and I'm running as many foils as I can reasonably afford. Bling Bling!

Boros Battleshaper, Captive Audience, Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, & Ojutai, Soul of Winter all offer chances to politic.
