The Perfect Opening hand is Leyline of Anticipation, Mark of Eviction and an Island. This lets you bounce a creature at the end of you opponents turn, every turn as you slowly build up to bigger and better things. Cryptic Annelid and Crystal Ball help you find Counterspells, mind controls or even the singleton Jace Beleren.

But I need help deciding on a few Things. First: Crystal Ball or Mystic Speculation

Secondly I need finishers. Currently I have Roil Elemental and Rite of Replication but if they don't have anything to take, that is no good. I am also using a singleton Jodah's Avenger but that is a slow win even if it is assured.

I would Like to keep this deck Mono blue but willing to budge some.
