My attempt at a more budget friendly vintage legal (but probably not competitive) storm deck.

The most expensive card it runs is Yawgmoth's Will (which I thankfully already have), but other than that it's not that expensive. Sure I could run all those alpha dual lands and fetch lands and shock lands and whatever, but I feel that simple Dragonskull Summit is enough.

Anyway it's still pretty standard storm deck, with hopefully enough mana-sources to get off pretty quickly. And yes my main tutor is Gamble it's cheap CMC-wise, I already have two-of and here in Europe it's more like 4€, instead of 11$... Anyway the other tutor is Mastermind's Acquisition, as it's the most flexible and costs the same as Diabolic Tutor. I'm running 3 Simian Spirit Guide's as a handy mana-source for early Gamble, probably to search for mastermind's, and then just use up loads of dark/cabal rituals to hit the storm count.

Also both Simian Spirit guide and Snuff out are technically 0 mana, as one is always exiled for mana, and the other you should always pay the alternative cost.

Strangely Tapped Out thinks this build is less competitive, than what I have now - which doesn't have any other tutor than 2 gambles and has no draw effect like Ad Nauseam. Maybe I should explain why I decided for it, instead of either Necropotence or Yawgmoth's Bargain. It's cheap-er than bargain and with 2 gambles necro can be bad, as it exiles discarded cards.
