Theres a lot going on with this deck. The dragon, castigator, and the whale are all good threats that will be able to get in damage consistently. The dragon is super versatile, the whale can hit fairly well, and castigator is great when used carefully. Saheeli is just great in general, but I particularly like copying hanweir militia to get some free tokens. I opened the two Chandras, which I think are an auto-include. The spells in the deck are designed to either draw your threats or deal with problems your opponent presents. Mirrorwing dragon is in the sideboard for opponents using a lot of targeted removal, the other Chandra's are for games that are likely to stall,radiant flames for wide decks, tears of valakut is super efficient when it's applicable. Unsubstantiate is cool because it can help make castigator more efficient by plucking it off the board before it's effect triggers.

UPDATE 1.01: Took out the castigators and whale in the main and put in stormchaser mage instead. Deck moves much faster now. I replaced the sideboard mirrorwing dragons with Castigators to play against those decks that run literally 0 creatures.

UPDATE 1.02: Replaced an anticipate and a tormenting voice for a pair of smuggler's copters. Still triggers prowess, and might be a kick ass start with stormchaser mage, or even hanweir garrison.

UPDATE 1.03: Added in a single combustible gearhulk instead of a 4th garrison, because it works with Saheeli a little better and i just like the card ok?
