Hello mtg players, I'm trying to build a custom deck build and would appreciate assistance since I'm new.
Narset Transcendent will be added once Elspeth, Sun's Champion is phased out of standard. I believe that this card will provide me great function and versatility.
Valor in Akros will replace impact tremors once magic origins is released.
So here I will explain the initial idea this deck is based on comboing.
Narset, Enlightened Master is the center focus and my early game is focused on getting Outpost Siege to help self-mill. the possibility of getting Narset, Enlightened Master out is key to my success. Impact Tremors and goblin generation early will help my board stay filled and deal steady damage.
Wild Slash, Lightning Strike, and Stoke the Flames will clear the opponents board until i have good creature generation. Soulfire Grand Master is key with my burn spells, will eventually increase to 2 of them in the deck.
Myth Realized has replaced Goblinslide and will play test with him. i believe this card will scale well with a Narset, Enlightened Master out on the board.
Temporal Trespass has been added to the main board. I'm currently maintaining Descent of the Dragons and these two cards brought out by Narset, Enlightened Master will result in an instant win essentially.
Jeskai Banner has been added to the deck for synergy with narset and giving me mana ramping. I'm unsure whether i gain more by replacing dual lands or basic lands with this though. Would like to hear the opinions on this.
I would appreciate help in building up my sideboard, and standard cards you think would be better replacement for some of my current cards. Please do not suggest dropping a color, I have reasons to use all 3. constructive criticism will be appreciated greatly and will update with how it performs when I play Friday night magic.
