I've always loved red. Its quick, exciting, easy to play and it doesnt leave you broke. You can be competitive with a deck like this pretty easily. Playing it, however, takes some degree of patience and skill. This deck is all out early creature rush, quick removal options, burning, and a versatile sideboard. I took 2nd last week at FNM with this, out of 30+ players.
