Red Devotion Post Rotation (Standard MTG Deck)

This is a post rotation Mono-Red Devotion Deck. Building devotion to curve into phoenix/sarkhan/stormbreath by turn five or six. Still working on which cards to keep from theros block. The new sarkhan is basically an indestructible stormbreath w/o pro-white, but with a burn in his back pocket.The phoenix is a double devotion flyer that will get in for 4 or will morph in a couple turns for 2 damage. Advice on how many sarkhans, what to cut, and number of lands would be much apprciated
