Step 1: Electrodominance, cast wheel of fate. Step 2: Finale of Promise, cast wheel of fate. Step 3: ??? Step 4: Profit

The basic premise is that wheel of fate is like a discard engine turned up to 11. Post wheel of fate any hollow one draws are generally live. The same is true of burning inquiry, however, there's the obvious random element.

likewise, electrodominance -> wheel of fate is 2 spells, finale of promise -> wheel of fate + something is 3 spells, makes it very easy to rapidly bring back archlight phoenix's over and over again. Especially since you don't typically have to worry about running out of gas. you've got more draw 7's than any deck in pretty much every format outside of commander.

the filler is mostly random stuff to keep pressure up. Every card is designed to effectively be must answer threats. Young pyromancer pretty much has to be bolted immediately. Runaway steam-kin as well, especially in this build. Monastery swiftspear doesn't necesserily have to be answered, but he's coming in for 5+ every turn. I'm pulling on a bunch of very sensitivie threads over and over with cheap threats with the intention of grinding out the opponent. So you can think of it like a midrange deck that can dump a bunch of 3/2 hastes on t2 or storm out on t3.

It's highly potent, mildly consistent, mostly mono-red deck.

The sideboard i think is bad. Keeping it mono-red is probably the way to go but fitting in some enchantment hate is probably necessery since its like a burn/graveyard deck. 2 wildly easy to hate attack vectors. So maybe cut the blue and black and just run wear // tears in the board as the only white-ish spell. opening up 2 slots, either for abrade, more noxious revivals, a couple more chandra's to help with a go bigger strategy if it becomes necessery or chalice of the void for the real free win red setup.
