Lands are important! Even with your rocks I'd want at least 37. I think archetype of aggression and glitterfang are cute but quite cuttable. If you want something spicier than Mountains, some cute lands for you: Kher Keep, Buried Ruin, Spawning Bed, Foundry of the Consuls

Thornbite staff seems quite narrow, you only have a few creatures with tap abilities and only 2 of them really benefit from the staff. I'd cut it.

Goblin Matron seems good to find your important goblins. Even if its only target was kiki-jiki it would probably be worth playing. Similarly, you could play Goblin Recruiter, and you already play one of its best friends, goblin ringleader. You can use recruiter to stack the top of your deck with ringleader and four other goblins under it.

Instead of caterwauling boggart, I think something that simply makes tokens do more damage would be better. In the Web of War is cute with tokens. Imagine it with krenko: it gives krenko haste, gives the tokens haste, and pumps them...

If you're ever looking for more deck space:

Aggravated assault seems quite cumbersome, and since your commander is purphoros you will always have something to pump mana into.

Warren instigator is extremely inconsistent. It basically gives you 7-8 mana you can only spend on goblins, but it only works if you have an opponent you can hit AND goblins in hand. I'd probably pass on it.

Non-budget suggestions: Ancient Tomb, Shattering Spree. If you have access to these, they are top notch.

Remembered another thing! You have enough spells that discounted by it that Ruby Medallion is probably good.

Possible cut: Dragonmaster outcast. A vanilla 1/1 that has to survive until your upkeep, and you have to have 6 lands in play. Ends up not working out a lot.
