This is an ideal budget fast aggro deck. Taking advantage of playing Spark Elemental and/or Hellspark Elemental and before having to sacrifice them, Collateral Damage/Fling them as an instant dealing double the damage. Hopefully you will have a Monastery Swiftspear or two out so that they can reap the benefits of casting Fling or Lightning Bolt / Searing Blaze and deal extra damage with their prowess ability.

Simian Spirit Guide for early mana could speed this hopeful turn 4 win to a turn 3.

It's important to mulligan if your hand is anything less than what you want, this deck has a nice ratio of good hands

Sideboard Act of Treason in when you're up against big creature decks. And Outpost Siege if you're getting stalled.
