Early Game:Ash Zealot can strike on the second turn.
Young Pyromancer + Legion Loyalist can quickly create a swarm of unblockable creatures.
Shock , Magma Jet , or Lightning Strike can be used as tricks or burns.
Mid Game:Young Pyromancer + Molten Birth is a cute interaction that can pump out elementals quickly. These can be scary if a few Pyromancers are out, Molten Birth returns to hand multiple times, or a Legion Loyalist is still out for Battalion.
Guttersnipe and Young Pyromancer synergize to create elementals and burn at the same time.
Chandra's Phoenix can be a pain with graveyard retrieval. Between respawning phoenixes and near infinite elementals, this deck gets extremely creature heavy.
**Late Game:Mizzium Mortars can be used to help clear difficult large creatures, or packs of small creatures.
Young Pyromancer + Molten Birth + Ogre Battledriver goes from cute to scary: 3/1 elementals with haste. If battallion is still out, this will end the game quick.
Purphoros, God of the Forge can also end the game quickly, and synergizes with both win conditions. He can buff a swarm of creatures that may have Battalion, or he can also heavily damage the opponent by doing 2 damage per newly spawned elemental. Between Ash Zealot , Ogre Battledriver , Chandra's Phoenix , and Chandra, Pyromaster devotion is easy to keep high.
Chandra, Pyromaster will eventually be drawn, which is great if burn spells ran out: You can still retrieve Chandra's Phoenix . If not dealt with, Chandra's -7 + a burn will end the game. I only have 1 Chandra because this deck is not extremely reliant on her as a win condition. Really, she just needs to be present just in case burns run out.
If a board wipe occurs, Mutavault ensures you are not instantly wiped out. Chandra, Pyromaster will be able to revive Chandra's Phoenix as well.
