the liliana, traded it for literally the entire deck.

Wow, well I know that must have been a fun trade, I built my first one after I got into the game I took apart my U/W stoneblade legacy and made a Geist Voltron deck. Ever since then been hooked to EDH :)

i went through like three people peoples folders.. put it this way i own EVERY angel in my play group

I like your creature base, it's pretty much identical to mine. I'm not sold on Scourge of the Throne because I always found dethrone hard to trigger (and his ability doesn't work when used with Kaalia but neither does Aurelia's so I digress) but then again, my deck is a duel commander one. I'd consider Karmic Guide; although she's not very big power/toughness-wise she can bring back your dudes who are, and she can get some of those ETB triggers a second time.

I like your removal and protection suites, and your haste enablers. However, you might want to consider Reconnaissance instead of General's Kabuto, it's way less expensive in terms of mana. I'd watch out for the amount of colorless lands you're adding, I wouldn't want a whole lot as many of your spells are color-intensive and you're only running the three fetches.

I'm not really sure about True Conviction and Quicksilver Amulet. When I ran Amulet, I found it was too slow and I almost always won before I was able to use it, and Conviction just feels like a win-more card to me. I'd add more card draw (Night's Whisper, Faithless Looting) or maybe more tutors (Gamble, Enlightened Tutor).

One card I really like in my list is Sword of Fire and Ice - it doesn't serve any particular purpose but it's great for card draw, a boost for Kaalia's p/t, and it damages little dudes that are annoying.

Tl;dr: add more tutors and take out your more expensive non-creature cards

Edit: just realized you don't run Sneak Attack. Run Sneak Attack. It's OP. If you're afraid of never seeing your creatures again run Phyrexian Reclamation and do it again next turn.

I like it needs a few tweaks, check out my deck Kaalia, Winged Death, I use lots of spell haste and the deck is super fast and make sure your draw engine is really good you need a full hand to help her out.

thank you that makes this a tad easier also i made a few changes based on your suggestions, although im struggling to replace things for things

I personally run both Red Elemental Blast and Pyroblast in my Kaalia deck. They may be more of a Meta thing, but I typically use them to counter Cyclonic Rift, which every deck in Blue seems to run.

Also if you play in a Control heavy Meta, Command Beacon can prove to be very useful.

NarejED has a highly competitive Kaalia deck. I'm sure he can provide some help.

my meta doesnt play mono blue only as a splash color so i couldnt justify running them, and i already have a large amount of colorless land

What things are you struggling to replace?

finding a slot for karmic guide, and maybe adding a re animator sub theme

Coldsteel Heart could probably go, it's kinda slow and not super helpful in my opinion. As far as reanimator, are you thinking like 3-4 more cards, like Phyrexian Reclamation, Reanimate, Unburial Rites, or are you looking for creatures that work with the graveyard, or are you just looking to find a spot for one or two more cards?

Coldsteel is going to be replaced by something like Mana Crypt or Mox Diamond, but yeah just adding in a few slots for re animation like the four you just mentioned

If you aren't facing Counter magic then that should make your life A LOT easier.

I see that you are running mana denial, so Blood Moon could prove very useful. Desolation Angel is another card that fits the theme and denies your opponents mana.

I personally like Strionic Resonator to double up on Kaalia's attack triggers, allowing you to put two creatures into play each attack.

I like to run a Control style Kaalia as it fits with her mana denial. Angelic Arbiter makes your opponents have to decide between casting spells or attacking each turn. Ob Nixilis, Unshackled attempts to deter your opponents from Tutoring.

Admonition Angel is a better version of Angel of Serenity imo. That is up to you.

Restoration Angel allows you to provide protection from targeted removal as she has Flash. She can get you a second Tutor effect from Rune-Scarred Demon.

Reya Dawnbringer fits the theme and adds some reanimation to your deck like you want.

Sunscorch Regent is another great card, it gets huge really fast with just one cycle around the table and has a cute combo with Archangel of Thune.

For other card ideas, Quicksilver Amulet allows you to play creatures for cheap when Kaalia isn't on the field. Also, Chromatic Lantern is a strictly better card than the suggested Coldsteel Heart.

Personal things I run for fun and theme are, Angelic Field Marshal, Demon of Wailing Agonies, Tyrant's Familiar, and Platinum Angel. These are just personal choices.

Some of those are good suggestions but just keep in mind that if you can't get Kaalia on the field you don't want a lot of 7-8 mana creatures otherwise you're pretty much screwed.

Take out Steel Hellkite, Scourge of the Throne, Whispersilk Cloak, Catastrophe, and one of your extra combat sorceries I think. I'd say Seize the Day but it's up to you.

Darksteel Plate? Indestructible doesn't do much good in edh, too many people have Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares
