Messing around with "Less to Cast" effects. This deck is very much a work in progress but here are some of the funky combos and synergies:

Battlefield Thaumaturge + Curse of the Swine + Pyroclasm to wipe the board for just 4 mana or even less with another reducer like Goblin Electromancer (particularly awesome if my creatures can be protected by spells like Ajani's Presence or Otherworldly Journey )

With multiple Twinflame in hand I can cast one on a Goblin Electromancer or Thaumaturge for a further reduction to a second Twinflame giving me a sizable army to swing with as well as significant spell cost reduction for a huge Banefire

Locket of Yesterdays should be more or less self-explanatory: the more spells I can cast the cheaper the next spell is and/or my creatures get cheaper if their duplicates are killed.

Not quite sure what to go for in terms of win cons, apart from a maxed out Banefire there's also dropping a Deepchannel Mentor or Archetype of Imagination and swinging (hopefully having just cast a Twinflame too)

any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, this is my first attempt at a Modern deck.
