Currently this deck has Draw issues, after one or two combo's you would be better off hoping you are allowed to draw with a break of damage.
This deck is designed to operate in a number of ways in the case that its preferred scenario doesn't work.
This decks main tactic is to burn with copied, multiplied damage. To determine when to use this tactic: Ruby Medallion start hand or ideal land by turn 6 is 4. I have included Ruby Medallion due to the fact that it affects the Mana Curve of the deck majorly, dropping some of the cards down to 1 red.
A secondary tactic is to use the deck as a creature deck to do damage straight to their face in hope that it switches back to the main tactic. To determine when to use this tactic: 2-3 land by turn 6, hope you can draw pure burn and 'Chandras' Phoenix' for turn by turn damage with flying and Field Control Burns
The tertiary but not a tactic to lose with is, Land Flooding I have included a few 'Dragon Hatchlings' in the case that you are Mana flooded. This alone should allow the conditions to revert the game back to Tactic 2 / 1.
A reduxed version of the Copy - Burn which is modern. Plus 'Pyromancer's Goggles'.
A few side notes:
Combos are nice, but, since this Deck heavily relies on Creature Effects + Instant speed damage its better to just go with what you can and hope your Creatures aren't killed, basically go face.
'Twin Bolt''s divided damage increases depending on how much damage is done. Example: 'Fire Servant', which doubles damage dealt by Instants and Sorceries you control, would deal 4 damage divided as you choose.
X colorless is paid for by 1 Colorless with Ruby Medallion, this includes Cycling costs.
Ruby Medallions cost reduction is not optional.
'Pyromancer's Gauntlet' can be left out if you want to play this deck at 60 cards. I left it in for aesthetics and Chandras' +1 being capable of dealing 3 damage to target Creature and Player.
The only non-Modern cards are 'Ruby Medallion' and 'Starstorm' you can make the Deck legally modern by replacing the four cards with 'x2 Magmaquake' and 'x2 Gauntlet of Power'. With Magmaquake basically having the same effect as 'Starstorm' and 'Gauntlet of Power' allowing the opposite effect of "Ruby medallion', Mana Rampage.
There is an infinity loop combo with 'Reverberate', 'Howl of the Horde', 'Pyromancer's Goggles', with ''Howl of the Horde''s Raid effect active. Basically put 'Howl of the Horde' as the target of its own ability and keep targeting one spare copy to target 'Howl of the Horde'. But, due to the Magic Rules you cannot have an infinity loop not ending in a draw. Thus, to avoid this you will have to name a number of times the event would happen. Per say 1 Billion, then, I target 'Twin Bolt' with the remaining 999 Million.
Things that are going to change, hopefully:
At one point I had 'Aether Flash'included in this deck which allowed massive Field Control and annihilated White Wheeny Decks but, dropped the deck into Extended and Legacy.
I am going to include some more Field Control later with x3 'Circle of Flame' and hopefully one more Multiplier card.
