Have you ever wanted to emulate playing a game of Magic, without actually doing it? Have you ever wanted to make your opponent flip the table in his fury? Well, this is your best bet!

RESTRAINT: You can't use creatures with power more than 0.

Now, how to do that:

  • First of all, make sure he can't cast spells. One third of the entire deck is countermagic. If he can't resolve spells and nonland permanents, then he isn't much of a threat, it he?

  • If you are outsmarted by your opponent our your deck decides that you won't be getting any counterspells today (why did you keep that hand, seriously now....) you get to evaporate dudes. That gives them a basic lands, but since what they are going to use it for will get countered, that's not a big deal.

  • Hide behind walls. Wall of Denial blocks anything short of Emrakul (it also gives you time to think) and Spellskite will absorb any burn, should they try to kill you without creatures. Also blocks anything before B-Skull hits the table.

OK, at some point you are going to have to win the game. We already said, no creatures with power more than 0. So, we disguise creatures as other things, such as:

  • Lands. Celestial Colonnade is your main tool to end the game.

  • Planeswalkers. Gideon Jura swings for 6, which is a 3-turn clock (who doesn't use 1 or 2 fetches, or a Thoughtseize every once in a while?) and Elspeth, Knight-Errant can pump either him, a Spellskite or a Colonnade. Don't use her first +1 since it makes a 1/1 dude and that's against the rules.
