Tier 1 (Ranking Top 3)

A mono white fog based deck.

Use your fog instants Angelsong, Ethereal Haze, Dawn Charm , Holy Day, and Pollen Lullaby to avoid damage.Use Martyr of Sands to gain life to keep you solid. Play Elixir of Immortality to shuffle your graveyard into your deck and let your opponent deck themselves when they run out of cards. Howling Mine and Temple Bell let you draw more fog cards and get to your win conditions. Three Chronomantic Escapes will make you impervious to attack. Alternatively, tapping Sundial of the Infinite after uptap and before upkeep means you don't have to pay for Glacial Chasm. You can repeat until your opponent runs out of cards.

3x Chronomantic Escape = Glacial Chasm + Sundial of the Infinite = Untap but No Upkeep -> Let your opponent draw until they deck themselves.

Damage Prevention: 20 - Angelsong, Ethereal Haze, Dawn Charm , Holy Day, Pollen Lullaby

Card Draw & Mill: 6 - Howling Mine, Temple Bell

Fun, but very slow. Fair warning, your opponent may get bored and forfeit. This deck is more powerful than it may appear at first.

If you are against artifact hate, substitute in 3x Batwing Brume , 3-4x Sunscour , 0-1x White Sun's Zenith for Glacial Chasm and Sundial of the Infinite. That said Glacial Chasm by itself is essentially pay 6 life and sacrifice a land, you can't take damage for 3 turns (aka sacrifice it at your 3rd upkeep).
