Enchantment (1)

Another take on Fall of the Thran. I know many, many people have tried to build a viable FOTT deck. I guess I am obsessed and I also think that with the upcoming set release mana denial could be sneaky good strategy. So I am attempting to build with Release to the Wind. Release to the Wind is a surprisingly versatile card. I have cast it to save my own permanents, exile my opponents stuff to slow them down a turn. I have also used FOTT and RTTW in reverse order to stall the game until I can get ahead and blow the lands up again. The general idea of the deck is to make artifacts to ramp up mana, then cast FOTT and RTTW. If you ramp up fast enough you can do this all in one turn, or wait until your next untap step and RTTW before FOTT goes on the stack. You have to have at least 3 artifact mana before FOTT though or it is hard to recover. I have the core of that idea running pretty smoothly, I am struggling win a win con. I have Tezzeret for Thopter tokens or Mass Manipulation to steal whatever I can to beat Opponent over the head. But this makes the deck REALLY grindy! I would like to apply the FOTT lock and then win in a couple turns. Anyway, thanks for looking/suggesting.
