Since I first started playing EDH Horde of Notions was the card I wanted as my general. His stats alone made him a powerhouse and the ability to recur cards like Avenger of Zendikar or Maelstrom Wanderer allowed resilience against the wrath heavy decks being played. When I first started building this deck I was going to do what most people did, make it elemental tribal. However, I ultimately decided against it since the elemental's you have to run are in my opinion not as impressive as other cards. So after much debate it morphed into a 5 color good stuff deck that is able to capitalize off of Horde of Notions by running enchantments like Conspiracy.The decision to foil it came because there seems to be an unwritten rule that 5-color decks must be as foil as possible.

The Demonic Tutor Sword of Light and Shadow Command Tower and Path to Exile are judge promo's.

Sol Ring and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre are From the Vault Relics, and Legends.

Consuming Aberration is the pre-release version.

Umezawa's Jitte and All Is Dust are Grand Prix foils.

Eternal Witness is the FNM promo.

Rhystic Study Mirari's Wake Maelstrom Wanderer and Decree of Pain are from Commander's Arsenal.

Damnation is full art textless.

Basic lands are Zendikar full art foils
