Thanks for the advice! The reason I play with the cards I do is because I am playing from the leftovers of my collection. I also let people borrow my decks so I can't switch around my best cards.

I don't play card:Avacyn's Pilgrimbecause I don't need white mana. KingWilli and I have decide to play different colors because we share the collection. We negotiate the artifacts and we leave the black for Naemerick.

I have plenty of Kessig Cagebreakers and Spider Spawning to play but what to ditch? I can live without Genesis Wave but I do love my card:Praetor's Counsel. The Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip I am saving for my next deck building exercise. card:Stitcher's Apprentice sounds great but again what to ditch? Delver of Secrets Flip Flip gets out there so fast and then threatens to improve quickly.

Your English is actually pretty good!
You don't lose anything for using white mana from card:Avacyn's Pilgrim because Deranged Assistant gives you colorless anyways, but Llanowar Elves is just better since you won't be playing both if you play one at all. Your three drop is a spell you won't want to cast on 3 mana, so let's just cut the guy ramp completely and use Rampant Growth .
-4 Deranged Assistant , -4 Mulch , -2 Genesis Wave , +4 Rampant Growth , +4 card:Stitcher's Apprentice, +2 any real threat you want
This way your mana costs don't actually change unless you do something dramatic with your new threat slot. If you have any copies of Frost Titan or Consecrated Sphinx those are both great top-end cards that you would want to copy with Cackling Counterpart

Can I ask why you're playing Mulch and Deranged Assistant instead of just Rampant Growth and Llanowar Elves /card:Avacyn's Pilgrim? Both of these options are a larger advantage for you than the prior cards, and you don't gain anything from putting cards in your graveyard, unless you play Kessig Cagebreakers or Spider Spawning .
How about some Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip or even card:Stitcher's Apprentice? Low-cost creatures that will eventually make entire armies. With Parallel Lives already in play, you don't even need a second creature for card:Stitcher's Apprentice to work!
Turn the Tide is a pretty cool combat trick for games with lots of blocking, good choice over Fog
