When I first started playing Magic, I wanted to make an Ally deck. However, someone once told me that Allies were terrible. Rally was a bad mechanic. Now that I'm better at Magic, I set out to show them they were wrong. This Deck is based on Enter-the-battlefield effects, centered mostly on Hagra Diabolist and Halimar Excavator. Flicker cards for General Tazri help get important Allies out and trigger Rally effects. This deck is not attack-centric at all. Rarely does this deck attack except for when I know the attack will connect without penalty (opp' creatures tapped/all lands tapped/etc) This deck is my baby, so I want as much constructive criticism as I can get so I can improve it.
