Warfare is shamefully barbaric. Surely we can find a less destructive way to determine who wins this round..?

Casual multiplayer voting tribal jank with an eye toward remaining playable one on one.

Ballot Broker and Brago's Representative give us extra votes, helping us get our way while powering up Capital Punishment and Lieutenants of the Guard .

Grudge Keeper punishes dissent, thus also helping us get our way or at least lowering the barrier for a Debt to the Deathless kill.

Tyrant's Choice and Capital Punishment are solid alone but better if you can first clear out the riffraff with Bite of the Black Rose or Evincar's Justice .

Lieutenants of the Guard is nicely flexible if you can control the vote, and one of several great targets for Custodi Squire .

This deck is top-heavy as hell, so we're running Orzhov Signet to raise our 2-drops and help us ramp.

Liliana's Specter is an amazing card in multiplayer, but not so amazing that it forces the entire table to take you down. Like, say, any of the Extort creatures that I'm deliberately not putting in this deck.

Bojuka Bog, Kor Sanctifiers , and Snuff Out round out our remaining emergency solutions to problems we can't solve with Policy.

Unfortunately, there's a LOT of fun multiplayer stuff at Uncommon that we just can't fit in a Noble deck. Perhaps some day I'll make a non-voting variant that runs Vampiric Tutor, Wishmonger , Orzhov Advokist, Herald of the Host, Sentinel of the Eternal Watch , and/or Vow of Malice .
