If you're having trouble with tempo, definitely drop all the taplands. Llanowar RebornMTG Card: Llanowar Reborn and Oran-Rief, the VastwoodMTG Card: Oran-Rief, the Vastwood slow you down since they make you wait a turn to use them. Gavony TownshipMTG Card: Gavony Township might be a suitable alternative.

I don't think Oran-Rief is that necessary.

Maybe drop Leyline of VitalityMTG Card: Leyline of Vitality and Essence WardenMTG Card: Essence Warden for some thing? Birthing PodMTG Card: Birthing Pod perhaps?

hmm, i still wanna keep the oran rief, it helps with the occasional lack of a melira...

i do like ur idea of totally staying away from a infinite lifegain option tho, since hivemind is viable for modern (i think). ill switch out the one drops for birds, and the leylines for a pods.

If you want this to be Modern legal, then you should switch Green Sun's Zenith MTG Card: Green Sun's Zenith with Chord of CallingMTG Card: Chord of Calling. GSZ is banned in the Modern format.

Since you have so many copies of everything Doubling Chant might help.

Doubling ChantMTG Card: Doubling Chant wouldnt be necessary to the combos...

What i need is to be able to bring in all the combo pieces faster. im hoping for turn 4 - 6 to get all three pieces into play for infinite life gain, infinite damage, infinite mana, or infinite tokens. so melira (costs two) + elite (costs two) + station (costs three) = turn four infinite damage.

Melira, Sylvok OutcastMTG Card: Melira, Sylvok Outcasts can be replaced temporarily by Oran-Rief, the VastwoodMTG Card: Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Hex ParasiteMTG Card: Hex Parasite, or HeartmenderMTG Card: Heartmender.

Safehold EliteMTG Card: Safehold Elites can be replaced by HeartmenderMTG Card: Heartmender or Kitchen FinksMTG Card: Kitchen Finks.

Blasting StationMTG Card: Blasting Station can be replaced by Spawning PitMTG Card: Spawning Pit (if Kitchen FinksMTG Card: Kitchen Finks is out, or if i had Essence WardenMTG Card: Essence Warden or the Leyline of VitalityMTG Card: Leyline of Vitality in play)
