Let us all look back to the old time of Magic the Gathering... No one of the WotC Staff had an Idea, whet they were doing exactly and so some cards got printed, who shouldn't ever be printed because they were either too broken or the exact opposite.
One of the first style ones is the infamous Balance, a card, that is banned in Legacy and even restricted in Vintage, so it is easy to say, that this one card is one of the most broken things ever.
Why am I talking about Balance? Because Restore Balance is Balance with suspend and no normal casting cost. And what do you think, when you hear Suspend with no normal casting cost? CASCADE IT!!!!!
Yeap, that's what the deck is about. Kill your enemy with an Armageddon and Day of Judgment in one friggin card. Scary but fun...
