A nice budget deck based of the list by LabManiac_Dan. Upon completion of this deck at 8/25/17, the pricetag is under $200. My aim was to create a competitive deck under $200.

Infinite Combos in the deck:

1. Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal with enough mana rocks in play -> Infinite blue and red mana -> Play The Locust God -> Use Locust God's ability to draw/discard until you find Laboratory Maniac -> draw/discard until you win with lab maniac

2. Isochron Scepter imprinting a low CMC spell with Paradox Engine and enough mana rocks in play -> Infinite blue and red mana -> Play The Locust God -> Use Locust God's ability to draw/discard until you find Laboratory Maniac -> draw/discard until you win with lab maniac

3. The Locust God + Skullclamp + Ashnod's Altar -> Draw whole deck, create a lot of colorless mana, create a lot of 1/1 insect tokens, win from there.
