The core engine is Nettle Drone/Zephyr Scribe + Retraction Helix/Banishing Knack cast onto the creature to allow them to send stuff back till end of turn then you play Altar of the Brood and infinitely cast a 0 cost artifact (send it back to hand and subsequently recast due to its interaction with the creature.

love the deck, also a cost alternative for Scalding Tarn could be either Polluted Delta or Misty Rainforest because the both islands and steam vents can be fetched by any blue grabbing fetchland and it saves you money :)

If you throw in a Molten Nursery then it will also deal infinite damage.

@Mrbiscuit22 you are 100% correct but I already own a play set of Scalding Tarn so it's just cheaper for me that way... Plus I just love the way it looks.

Are you gonna try theMolten Nursery? please it will make thee eco better.
March 5, 2016 6:11 p.m.
@theleoslion I have 3 primary combo outlets being Grapeshot, Altar of the Brood, and Nettle Drone which comes to 10 possible outlets with 6 of them being devoted outlets. To this end I can't warrant running Molten Nursery as it is both slow to play and unnecessary given the competition it faces toward alternative outlets. That being said thank you for the comment I appreciate your input.

Pact of Negation seems solid for your sideboard. Defense Grid could also be useful.
March 6, 2016 7:01 p.m.
I had pact in the first iteration but dropped it due to price but yes it would generally be a replacement to Dispel.

Try 3x Grab the reins, to set off cards like Altar of the Brood and give an even more powerful win condition. Also, you need some rituals. Just so you can cast more spells in one turn. Also, I agree wwith Emzed. Defense Grid would be insane! Good job on top charts :)
March 7, 2016 8:12 a.m.
I find that Grab the Reins is far to high of a cost to effectively add to this deck as I only run 18 lands and the card does not directly help my combo to function while often enough being a dead card in hand. As for Defense Grid I will see about adding it to my sideboard.

Ancient Stirrings could dig pretty deep into your deck and help you find a land, Nettle Drone or one of your artifacts. It would require you to splash another color, but maybe it's worth it.

Did I say Grab the Reins? Sorry I'm such an idiot :/ I meant Empty the Warrens. LOL just made a goblin commander deck sry
March 7, 2016 5:28 p.m.
On principle I like Empty the Warrens but it falls into a similar niche of being slow as its increased mana cost and production of non haste creatures give my opponent more room with which to counter play against me. As for indirect damage which would be the primary reason to run this card, I find that I have plenty from infinitely combining off Nettle Drone for his aoe player burn.
March 7, 2016 7:43 p.m.
If you only run 18 lands, I suggest you use at least 3 rituals

Like the deck, solid storm-like wombo. Seems you're super vulnerable to hand disruption, though. Maybe something like Leyline of Sanctity, so that way you wouldn't have to spend mana on it?
March 17, 2016 10:06 p.m. Edited.
It is hard to warrent a card that I cannot effectively cast in the situation that I do not have it in my starting hand. In most cases it would end up as a dead card at every stage in the game outside of the opening-hand. This pretty much means that I would need to run 4 in my sideboard to reliably be able to play the card on turn one (which would be the entire point of having it), to this end I just can't see making this addition as its addition would threaten the consistency of the deck under the pretense of attempting to correct such a vulnerability due to forced discard.
March 17, 2016 10:22 p.m.
As so.some else who really enjoys combos, it's clear that this decks biggest weakness is itself, and if nettle drone dies to insert literally any removal spell here you are quite screwes, unless I'm missing something. For example I'm running gut shot 4x MB, if you simian spirit guide T1 for him, guess whose getting shotted before my turn even happens, yup that dude, so it's relevant that you need a consistent way to protect it / bring it back, so cards like Apostle's Blessing or Noxious Revival, essentially cards that help you without stressing your mana base seems optimal, also replacing 1 Steam Vents for a Watery Grave also opens up your side board to black, which I think your deck would like

Yes there is but I've found red blue to be a more desirable color base as white offers me little. That and while I like the 0 cost artifact creatures some of the etb untap creatures don't function with them which is limiting.
