the idea was to pull Avacyn's Pilgrim for Abundant Growth but in the new year abundant growth will be out.

Manaweft Sliver would work nice too, opens possible banty sliver....

Banty sliver have some potential but the Biovisionnary deck have potential. Oh and try putting some supreme verdict so you can clear the battlefield before putting biovisionnary.

definitely switch the Cyclonic Rift for Supreme Verdict since It's a cheaper field wipe, just watch out for match ups where indestructible is viable. Boros Charm , Rootborn Defenses and such.

-that is why i've favoured Cyclonic Rift but held onto Supreme Verdict in my sideboard.

Cackling Counterpart + Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or other such populate cards can get you an army of Biovisionary if all goes well, the life gain off Trostani, Selesnya's Voice helps a lot as well. If you can't get your hands on Sphinx's Revelation then Urban Evolution works out suprisingly well and is dirt cheap to get, I'm using it in my bant deck (Populate and Control) until I can get a few more Sphinx's Revelation myself. Supreme Verdict is better main deck for you then Cyclonic Rift since you're not so worried about attacking after wiping there side of the board with Cyclonic Rift . Seems like fun, maybe a bit too slow though. +1

Cackling Counterpart would be awesome, i did have Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in the mix with Supreme Verdict , i will finally get to test it tonight in its current build. I did have a Sphinx's Revelation but cannot find it at this time :( I will definatly look for more.

Thank you

hmm more tokens will make Sundering Growth very handy.....

Also Supreme Verdict + Rootborn Defenses can do the same thing (one side wipe) as Cyclonic Rift for the same mana cost and even nets you an extra token (if you're going crazy with Cackling Counterpart ). Also Silence isn't really worth playing, I recommend replacing it.

@ZToups Silence replaced Render Silent as it seemed to have the effect.(minus cost and counter)

MrKnify:

The reason Render Silent is better then Silence is the fact that it does something, Silence doesn't really 'do' anything since by casting it your simply guessing that they may have a relevant play to make that turn, at best they might and it nets you one turn (at the cost of drawing it) at worst it does nothing as they simply respond to you casting it with anything and you lost card advantage by drawing it in the first place. Render Silent is at least a counterspell so it's a 1-1 trade, the Silence effect afterwards is just a freebie. Though Dissipate is almost always a better counterspell (sadly becasue I love Render Silent ).

@ZToups i was favouring mana cost, but yeah its a card loss trade.

uh here's a slight idea, idk how god it works but Stolen Identity creates a token of a target copy creature. but it is a 6 cost but you can Populate the token and make multiple copies of it fast since populates can cost up to 1-4 mana and plus it cyphers if you can damage your opponent

I would suggest cutting down to 60 cards and to up the land count to 24-26 (26 if you keep in Supreme Verdict ).

I would also suggest either cutting the verdicts and most of the more expensive control spells or cut the Biovisionary strategy for a wincon that doesn't die to verdict.

Demarge yeah, I've been working on this one for a while, i feel Theros will have some great replacement cards, this will allow me to phase out Biovisionary its a good solid deck, but not for tournament at the moment.

Um its standard not modern but I think it was an accident. Anyway, what about Dryad Militant, Trostani, Isperia,Zegana, and/or Azor's Elocutors?
