Goats! (yes I know this isn't a Devotion deck, its a Chroma deck, but the mechanic is basically the same)

The key combo of this deck is Goldnight Commander + Springjack Shepherd . Get enough creatures on the field (with a shepherd), and then play another shepherd or flick the existing one to massively amp the team for the win. Dust Elemental provides an alternative way to push damage, along with a means to protect against boardwipes.

Jubilation Angel and Springjack Pasture is a bit of a nonbo, but generally the sac ability isn't going to be useful until T5 post T4 shepherd, to get mana to play a bunch more cards.

This deck started off as a B/W deck using Teysa, Orzhov Scion , but eventually lost the black to become a mono-white deck.

I'd obviously love Restoration Angel + Springjack Shepherd , but I've been devoting my expenditure on other decks I get the opportunity to play more often.

If I wanted this deck to be more competitive I'd grab some mana acceleration (the deck currently does very little for the initial turns and is quite mana constrained). The deck desperately needs to be able to resolve Springjack Shepherd.
