A lot of changes this time: easiest swap is Talisman of Creativity for Arcane Signet, it's just a better 2cmc rock. Thinking about playing both since previously the problem was that the 2cmc rocks after UR Talisman are pretty bad and this deck doesn't require every talisman and signet in its colors.
Rite of Flame and Seething Song for Dockside Extortionist and Bolas's Citadel. Thanks WotC for printing another insane rainbow ritual, no need to play the kind of janky red rituals anymore. Bolas's Citadel is a new great gas card that has been amazing so far, as a tutor target it's usually worse than Ad Nauseam but naturally drawing it or getting it into play with a stolen Transmute Artifact has been a common line and with Doomsday in the deck sticking Citadel results in winning the same turn something like 2/3rds of the time which is good enough considering fizzling with it doesn't kill you line naus does. Very underrated card in cEDH, and thanks to Dockside Extortionist being a new great ritual we can again increase our avg cmc and still consistently win with a mainphase naus.
Cyclonic Rift for Winds of Rebuke, with Dockside CRift's downside of not hitting your own permanents is actually relevant.
Delay for Force of Negation, while Delay is probably the best 2cmc counter after Mana Drain in cEDH, at 2 mana it's not great at protecting your own combos and FoN is a much better reactive counterspell. If there's more counter-worthy creatures and/or less spell based combo cutting some other interaction card is reasonable, but for me this was the cut I ended up with.
Goblin Electromancer for Wishclaw Talisman, Wishclaw is a new to-hand tutor at 3 mana, no life loss and requires two colorless mana instead of 2 colored. Albeit risky, it's a great new gas card and Electromancer just happened to be the weakest "gas card".
Laboratory Maniac for Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. RIP in pieces Gray Ogre, I've won hundreds of games with you but it's time to go now. When comparing Doomsday piles with the two the mana requirements are usually the same with some differences in some weird piles, but the biggest reason why JWoM is better than LM is because the JWoM piles rarely need Yawgmoth's Will making them very easy to pull off during your storm turn after you've already YawgWin'd.
