Both Jeleva and Kess both do very different things. This question has been talked about a lot in many places including the discord. Jeleva is great because she digs and FINDS you gas if you don't draw well or get stopped. Kess is great because reusing spells is never a bad thing, but she requires you to have a graveyard already. Personally this is why I prefer Jeleva at least in terms of storm.
When it comes to engine being banned if you're on this list it didn't change anything for us. This list runs very smoothly without it and most people consider it very win-more. I would highly encourage joining the Grixis Mean Girls Discord if you're looking for more info!

Hey, I don't know if this list is a bit old but I've recently gotten into cEDH a little more and I've always loved the Grixis colours. I've only looked into Storm once before and I struggled to understand with the poor explanation given. If you could give some advice on how to pilot the deck, what to tutor for, etc. I'd love to know. I usually pick up decks pretty fast so you shouldn't have to go to in depth. Thanks!.

Hi!
I'm currently into exploring Bolas Citadel. Just want to ask how and when is this card cast? Most of my experience is piloting Turbo Naus. Is it hardcast most of the time or is there a way to cheat it in?

Ishmokin I believe its normally hard cast but i think some people in the mean girls grixis discord are testing transmute artifact to help cheat it out
