The goal is to get four bounce lands on the field, Soulfire Grand Master on the field, and Rewind in your hand. When your opponent tries to play a spell tap two bouncelands to pay for Soulfires ability, then tap the other two to counter your opponents spell with rewind. Then rewind untaps the four bouncelands, and gets returned to your hand. So you can counter the next spell too...and the next one, and the next one, and the next one, ect.

The win conditions in the deck are pretty simple. Blighted Agent will kill them after 10 turns because they cant do anything, and Curse of the Bloody Tome will mill them out. Bonfire of the Damned is a nice wrath, and a potential wincon if returned to the hand enough times with soulfire. Baral is pretty cool in this deck because he lets you get the combo off with just three bounce lands and a basic. (plus the draw discards is pretty good)
